About K.I.Ds In Romania is a registered charity whose aims are to advance the Christian Religion through the relief of hardship to children and families primarily in Romania . We pray that what you read and see in this site helps you to understand the “what” and “why” we do what we do. Mission Statement “Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after widows and orphans in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world” James 1:v27 K.I.Ds in Romania, is a charity dedicated to relieving the hardship and suffering of children and families in Romania and to advancing the Christian religion throughout the region. Caroline Lister, Sue & Terry Wright and Trevor Jenkins are the trustees who administer the charity. What is our role at K.I.Ds in Romania To ensure the financial support that provides Love, housing, food, clothing, schooling, medical care etc. to the poorest and vunerable in the county of Botosani, Romania. This work is not restricted only to Botosani but rather to wherever the needs are. Who runs things in Romania? Pastor Marius and his wife Carmen oversee the fulfillment of our aims and ambitions, with our financial and prayerful support. Have you been challenged, would you, could you help us? It costs a lot to keep this project running as I am sure you can appreciate. It is possible to make a one off donation or even to arrange a monthly or quarterly sponsorship via standing order. If you are a tax payer you can “Gift Aid” your donation we can reclaim up to 28p in the pound from the Tax office which will greatly increase the sum of your donation without costing you anymore If you feel unable to help in this way but could pray for us then we would really appreciate that as that is most important to us. The power of prayer is amazing, God really does answer prayer even today! And why not for you. Terry & Sue Wright first became involved with the Casa Ioana childrens orphange in 1995 working under the "Bridge of Christian Relief" umbrella. Things remained this way until 2003 when they started the charity K.I.Ds in Romania setup to continue the good work already being done and to work closer with the vunerable and needy within Romania.
